MaticTools
Terms of Use
Effective August 25, 2026
MaticTools is a publishing workspace for authorized users. By using it, you agree to use only accounts and content you are permitted to manage and to follow the rules of any connected platform.
Authorized access
MaticTools is not an open registration service. Access may be provided, limited, suspended, or removed by a MaticTools superadmin. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
Connected accounts
You may use MaticTools only with social or publishing accounts you are authorized to manage. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account to MaticTools. The connected platform's own terms, policies, developer rules, and content standards continue to apply.
Publishing actions
MaticTools allows authorized users to prepare publishing instructions, choose destinations, and choose when content should be published. You are responsible for reviewing the content, account, board or destination, link, and schedule before submitting a publishing action.
Content responsibility
You must not use MaticTools to publish content that:
- you do not own or have permission to publish;
- violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- is deceptive, malicious, unlawful, or designed to abuse a connected platform;
- uses automation in a way prohibited by the connected platform's terms or developer policies.
Platform availability
Publishing depends on third-party services, internet connectivity, server availability, access tokens, API limits, and platform rules that may change without notice. MaticTools cannot guarantee that every scheduled action will publish at an exact second or remain available indefinitely. Failed actions may be recorded so an authorized user can review or retry them.
Security and misuse
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user's assigned accounts without permission, extract credentials or tokens, interfere with the service, or use MaticTools to evade safeguards imposed by a connected platform.
Suspension
A superadmin may disable a user or disconnect a platform account when necessary for security, compliance, account management, or operational reasons.
No warranty
MaticTools is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future change made by a connected platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MaticTools and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from failed publishing actions, third-party platform changes, account restrictions, service interruptions, or content supplied by users.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as MaticTools changes. Continued use after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the administrator of the MaticTools account using the service.
